Responsibilities:
- As VIP/ Key Account Manager, you will be one of the key people responsible for crypto trading for providing the best executions and services for our VIP/ Key Account clients;
- Ownership of the key account management for both relationships and commercial effectiveness;
- Responsible for managing VIP/ Key accounts and ensuring the best service possible. Have sufficient sensitivity and be proactive in approaching prospective VIP clients and creating business opportunities and collaboration;
- Deal and well manage your tasks within the deadlines and be able to work under pressure;
- Perform a knack for moving quickly while still paying attention to detail;
- Responsible to leverage data to drive key strategic decisions and rapidly iterate on ideas alongside other stakeholders;
- Maintain and develop key account relationships to bring our products and services more readily available to our VIP/ Key Accounts clients;
- Understand the needs of the VIP/ Key Account clients and problem-shooting;
- Implement online and offline events to attract new VIP clients;
- Track and collect market information and competitor information, work with the relevant departments to make reasonable recommendations on product and cooperation;
- Empowering departments and brands with related activities and relationship building.
Requirements
- Proven career track record in VIP/ Key Account Manager role, with 2+ years of crypto exchange working experience;
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/ trading is a must;
- Excellent analytical, and financial skills, with strong attention to detail;
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders well;
- Confident with using data to generate insights on your own. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive improvements;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English;
- Good Chinese/ Korean (written amp; spoken) will be an advantage.
