Finance Manager APAC

The Role:

We are excited to recruit for a Finance Manager who will be a crucial member of the APAC Finance function, reporting into the Head of Finance - APAC.

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who is hands-on, a great team player with a positive attitude and who excels in financial accounting as well as financial planning amp; analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Responsible for daily financial management of the region, ensuring delivery of accurate reporting, month-end, and key reconciliations
• Manage audit and tax process
• Financial analysis on key variances and providing insightful commentary
• Business partner cost centre owners, ensuring cost reports are accurate and meaningful
• Involvement in forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Support the Head of Finance in developing the APAC finance function; developing controls, processes and reporting in line with Global (UK HQ) expectations
• Working with Commercial and Marketing teams to help understand and implement practices to drive payback and ROI analysis

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

• Ideally CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 1-2 years post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of HKFRS accounting standards
• Experience of managing month-end processes is essential
• Experience of managing audit process is essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and be deadline driven
• Experience in Retail industry is highly desirable
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable
