Inspectorio is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) solution focused on creating a dynamic and risk-assessment based Quality and Compliance program with the goal of generating more sustainable and transparent supply chains. Who You Are
We’re looking for a talented and experienced mid-weight graphic designer to join our team at Inspectorio. You are a great fit if you have experience working in a fast paced, high quality design environment. Agency or similar in-house experience will be viewed favourably.
A large part of this role will involves the rollout of our rebrand ensuring all marketing assets are redesigned in accordance with the new brand guidelines. You will also liaise directly with stakeholders from around the world and action their requests.
You will have the opportunity to work on rebranding a successful global Saas company during it’s hypergrowth stage. Working with our senior designer, you will be supported as you assist in rolling out rebranded assets, managing day to day design requests, implementing workflow strategies, and assisting the design studio develop systems during this exciting growth period.
What You'll Do
Rebranding: We are in the middle of redesigning all our company assets across both print and digital. It’s a great opportunity to be part of the team responsible for revitalising the Inspectorio brand and will cover the full range of company assets from the business cards to the website.
Workflow Management: We use Asana and Slack to manage our workflows and you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-brand and to a high standard.
Managing stakeholder expectations: Our senior designer will assign tasks to you and from there you will work autonmously with the task owner, through Asana, to ensure it is completed successfully. Of course our senior designer will keep and eye on proceedings and is always available for feedback and suggestions!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field or equivalent work experience
- 3-6 years’ experience in either design studio, agency or simila in-house role. Premiere and After Effects would be beneficial but not essential.
- Good problem solving skills and a strong grasp of digital workflow tools. Master of the Adobe Creative Suite and experience in Canva, Asana and Slack wil be viewed favourably.

- Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- As this is a hands-on role, there must be a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
