Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operation Teams for client relationship management and daily operations
- Provide exceptional support to our clients including market commentary and product education
- Engage with our clients and handle enquiries via phone, email and live-chat with a professional manner
- Develop and maintain product and Business knowledge
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Enjoy interaction with people and passionate in client services areas within financial institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
