Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join the founders' office at WATI and drive cross-functional programs to support the growth and success of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to use data to improve business processes and decision-making using data, and will help to design and implement programs that support the achievement of key goals and objectives.
As a Program Manager with a focus on finance and data, you will also have the opportunity to work on finance-related projects, using your expertise to help inform strategic decision-making and drive financial success for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and goals that the data repository should support
- Gather requirements from different departments and stakeholders to inform the design and implementation of cross-functional programs
- Analyze data needs and determine how the data repository should be structured and organized to meet those needs
- Coordinate with technical staff to design and build the data repository
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that the data repository meets their needs and supports the goals of the business
- Manage cross-functional programs to drive the achievement of key goals and objectives
- Work on finance-related projects, using your expertise to inform strategic decision-making and drive financial success for the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
- 8 years experience in a program management or business analysis role including 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong finance knowledge and experience working on finance-related projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
