We are also a fully distributed team across the globe and will be there 24/7 to help if a breach occurs.
In addition, Blackpanda successfully closed a $15m USD Series A co-led by global leading private equity firms Primavera Venture Partners and Gaw Capital Partners.About the role:
  • Cash: The Salary is HKD$688,000 per annum.No bonuses or commissions.

  • The successful candidate will work closely and reports to the Marketing Director ( Interim )
Responsibilities and duties:
  • Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes content marketing initiatives in line with the overall organisational goals by brainstorming and designing high quality content for social and digital.
  • Continually monitor provided data and strategic insights and leverage them in order to create innovative and engaging marketing content.
  • Collaborate with internal communications to ensure branding and messaging consistency
  • Work with Marketing Director to provide strategic input and project planning in support of overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Actively analyze new sales opportunities to create new revenue streams and make decisions based on data.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy for marketing collateralDeveloping well-designed product sheets and presentations.
  • Building and managing monthly content calendarto attract a qualified audience to our owned properties (blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, etc.)
  • Maintaining websites through Wix amp; WordPress and ensuring functionality across devices.
  • Tracking and synthesizing Google Analytics and other platforms to provide data-driven insights and improve SEO performance.
  • Event/webinar management and support.
  • Monitorand engage in relevant social discussions about our industry/company.
  • Support strategic marketing/sales events and opportunities.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process
Qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing. Solid experience in B2B Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
  • Strong project management with an ability on effective problem-solving and multitasking
  • Strong in data analytics, can understand and extract meaningful insights from numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and to push through projects to achieve departmental goals.
  • You possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent copy writing skills in English
  • Experience with web design, including SEO, is an advantage-Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator) is an advantage
What we offer:
  • This is a position based in Hong Kong.
  • 40 days paid leave per year inclusive of public holidays, which may be taken at the discretion of the employee subject to compliance with our Leave Policy and the approval of their manager. Our leave practices take into account the global arrangement of personnel with differing public holidays and the requirement of the company to be on stand-by as a crisis response unit 24/7/365.
  • Work-life balance - no scheduled internal meetings on Fridays, unless absolutely necessary.

Continuous learning:
  • Blackpanda will sponsor the cost of no less than one (1) training course each calendar year. Thetopic of thetraining will be your choice, subject to approval by your manager, and will be no greater than USD$5,000 annually.
