Network Project Manager
Sopra Steria I2S, Hong Kong

We are looking for a Network Project Manager to assist a SD-WAN migration of over 600 sites in APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and co-ordinate with global, regional and local teams (IT and Business) the SD-WAN migration planification
• Perform analysis required to define reporting requirements (e.g., Performance, Capacity, Change management).
• Prepare the project plan, define and plan the milestones
• Define, track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers
• Document all aspects of the network infrastructure and keep documentation up to date.
• Proactively monitor network and related system information technology assets,
• Assess and make recommendations for improvement to provide stable, dependable technology asset services and provide ongoing trend analysis.
• Lead with outstanding communication, solve problems
• Large scale project management and delivery

Requirements

Technical amp; Behavioural Competencies Required:

• Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Local and Regional Telecom providers in APAC Region, and experience working with them
• Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross function stakeholders at all levels, and a proven record track record of delivering projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude that fosters excellent service and Business satisfaction
• Good team Spirit and relationship builder
• Excellent documentation skills

Experience amp; Qualifications Required:

• Technical knowledge and experience in large scale SDWAN projects
• Client-oriented, strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Expertise in PMI methodology
• Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
• Self-starter

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English. Cantonese, Mandarin, French are a ‘plus’
