We’re recruiting the best and brightest to join and grow our team. As the part-time Assistant Accountant, your core duties will involve liaising with various in-house stakeholders to gather information and issuing billing invoices to meet tight deadline. We move fast and develop a lot of ideas so you will have to keep up with our pace and be a catalyst to positive change. You will be great at prioritizing tasks in a busy environment and be able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Mainly Responsible for Project Task
- Handling Accounts Receivable (A/R)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or above At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounting and bookkeeping Preferable with experience in Health amp; Technology industry or relevant Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese amp; Mandarin Mature, independent and self-motivated Good team player with interpersonal skills Preferable experience with accounting software, i.e. Quickbook A team player with good interpersonal skill Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Immediate availability is required
- Perform daily accounting entries, documentation and filing in an organized manner
- Preparation of Statement of Account and manage credit control with debtors
- Generate monthly AR, AP ageing reports to management team
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation report
- Assist in invoicing and operation
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or above
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounting and bookkeeping
- Preferable with experience in Health amp; Technology industry or relevant
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese amp; Mandarin
