Our client a Jewellery company is looking to hire VIP CRM and Sales Manager
Drive sales, client development activities for High Jewelry, Prestige sales and VVIP client development activities such as Princess Cut Diamonds.
Responsibilities:
Strong technical skills and sales skills for Princess Cut Diamonds In Hong Kong, China and Europe Region
- Grow amp; develop the business in the HK, China and EU Regions (not limited to global locations)
- Identify key strategic business and marketing challenges and help define the role that CRM and other consumer programs can play in addressing them.
- Expansion of sales of Princess Cut Diamonds in China and EU region
- attend both trade shows and trunk shows in your area, and of course major industry shows including Hong Kong, USA, UK, EU
- Grow the Hong Kong team and provide relevant training in Princess Cut Diamonds to the team.
- Training the local staff on these latest technologies
- Plan and implement Clienteling amp; Client development strategy amp; initiatives such as VIP acquisition, retention, re-activation, customer engagement amp; experience etc.
- Bring in new HNW Top Tiers clients
- Develop engagement program and planning of VIP events
- Develop client communications plan,
- Work closely with wholesale team and HQ to ensure campaigns can be implemented effectively
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business/Marketing or related discipline
- At least 8 years of CRM experience
- 8 year’s experience in multinational firm
- Minimum 5 - 6 year’s experience in selling princess cut diamonds is an absolute must
- Strategic and creative-driven, strong in concept development with experience in product and brand development
- Excellent marketing sense and strong project management skill
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of Design software (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, In-design)
- Knowledge of ERP
- Excellent command of spoken English, Spanish and Chinese
- Possess deep understanding and knowledge of brand and full range of all products, stones, history and services to convey the brands heritage and values
- Knowledge and understanding of security, logistics, and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
- Possess a full understanding of the relevant marketplace and client demographic
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
