Market IT is supporting over 1000+ retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau. We provide professional IT service to support business systems in a cost efficiency way as well as leveraging commercial advantage from utilizing information technology. Providing new technologies insight to leadership team by in-depth research in retail industry. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between business teams amp; IT tech teams/vendors, able to convert business initiatives to different practical IT solution, covering the end to end retail chain, including
- Requirement Gathering - Transform business initiatives to solid requirement
- Gap analysis - Able to identify critical gaps between products amp; business process
- Solution Design - Work with Dev team/vendors to design the end to end solution, plus workable process flow
- QA - Engage in different part of QA to ensure the solution/product quality
- Implantation - Provide plan/support for solution/product implementation
- Able to lead/work with other business systems analysts when facing complex/large scale projects
- Manage business expectation - need to align different priorities with business amp; clearly communicate with business in regular base
- Draft/Review IT Document for different IT projects
- Work with project teams, depending on the scale, provide IT related timeline, costing, resource, schedule information for different projects
- Connect with different internal technical IT teams (infra team, network teams) or vendors to fulfil business initiatives/requirements
Requirements
Profession Experience/Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Retail or related Industry, focusing on business system analysis/QA amp; product/project management
- Large scale system implementation experience will be a PLUS Strong stakeholder management skills, could work with large groups of stakeholders across the group
- Strong vendor management skills
- Have understandings on different IT project methodology - SDLC, Waterfall, Agile
- Strong analytic sills and problem solving skills, able to handle different business queries/requests amp; provide relevant solution
- Strong sense on product QA (Unit testing, SIT, UAT, Regression etc)
- Experience in store systems, ERP will be a PLUS
- Excellent in verbal amp; written communication (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Adaptive, able to learn quick and engage in tasks with various complexity
- Proactive, able to lead different project/product discussion and provide necessary comments to different business projects/product roadmap
- Degree qualified, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or other related disciplines
