Responsibilities
- Handling Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Perform payments, approve invoices, documentation and filing in an organized manner
- Identify discrepancies for vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Liaise independently with external / internal parties for the payments
- Prepare cheque and process bank-in / withdrawal function and bank reconciliation on monthly basis
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation on monthly basis
- Assist in periodically stock taking, monthly and year-end closing procedures
- Report to supervisor/management in a timely manner
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate degree holder in Accounting or above
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in handling payments
- Experience in Microsoft D365 system is preferable; Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese amp; Mandarin
- Detailed-minded, matured, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- A team player with good interpersonal skill, multi-tasking ability, communication skills (oral and written)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
- Experience in listed companies is preferable
- Preferable with experience in Health amp; Technology industry or relevant
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
