What you will do:
- Basic accounting support
- Mainly be in charge of answering calls, arranging meetings and making inquiries
- Fill forms for MPF
- Be in charge of printing and courier
- Arrange office supplies
- Admin tasks as required
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
- At least 6 months - 1 year experience in Accounting
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Working experience with international businesses
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiative at work
- Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude
- Resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond
- Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
- Cantanese/ Mandarin is plus
