We are looking for an energetic Human Resources Manager to join our rapidly growing restaurant group.
People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive team of PiratesResponsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Supporting our performance appraisal system that drives high performance and progression
- Maintain a competitive compensation and benefits programme for the Group
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Ensure continuous delivery of support and efficiency improvement for payroll and employee management services
- Handle daily HR operations, including payroll, MPF, cost allocation, salaries tax and group medical insurance
- Managing work injury and employee relations cases
- Strong stakeholder partnering relationships with managers across our restaurants and supporting departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-8 years' of Human Resources and Compensation amp; Benefit experience, ideally within Famp;B, Retail, or Hospitality industry
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High fluency in English - other languages are highly beneficial
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Proficient in MS Office programmes, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; strong capability with HRIS software
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or a related discipline
