• Perform duties for operating managed system and network infrastructure
• Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to assure platform reliability
• Support server-side helpdesk activity
• Leading of Deskside support team
• Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, and reports preparation
• Manage and implement change requests • Implement regular health check and reporting
• Review streamline IT workflow, documentation, knowledge base and prepare yearly budget planning
• 7X24 standby emergency on-call is required
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in IT/Telecom related discipline
• 3+ years or related IT work experience
• Knowledge in IP networking is an advantage
• Hand-on experience with VMWare ESXi, Windows AD
• Hand-on experience with Router, Switch, Firewall is an advantage
• Holding of Cisco CCNA / CCNP / MCSA / MCSD / MCSE or above certification is preferred
• Capabilities of scripting (e.g. Linux shell script or PowerShell) is a plus
• Good command of written in English
