- Provide support services in Digital Operations Center (DOC)
- Manage change requests and service desk activities
- Perform proactive monitoring, fault reporting, and troubleshooting to assure network reliability
- Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, and reports preparation
- Provide helpdesk services on Deskside and End-user services
- Leading of new services lead-in
- Provide support on digital transformation
- Review streamline IT workflows and documentations
- Provide technical advices amp; supports to junior staff
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or degree in IT/Telecom related discipline
- 2+ years or related IT work experience
- Knowledge in IP networking
- Knowledge in Deskside
- Holding of Cisco CCNA / CCNP / MCSA / MCSD / MCSE or above certification is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
