As our Application Security Officer, you will be tasked with application security services in the software development lifecycle which involves coding techniques and reviews, education amp; awareness, process and tools, security testing support and guidance. You will also be entrusted to provide technical advice to ensure that security standards are met throughout all business units.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits regional professional to join a fast-paced, Fintech company experiencing hyper-growth transformation. Crypto.com is looking for the Assistant HR Manager, HR Operations team. This position is reporting to the HR Director based in HK and responsible for the regional and global HR Operations support as well as the Compensation and Benefits function, Group HK HR.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional and global HR operations support for Group HR
- Manage the HR metrics or data in accordance to the management needs
- Review the current HRIS workflow, implement system enhancement and set key business processes to ensure the system data accuracy and applicable in the business
- Support in full scope of Camp;B operations amp; administration for Group HR
- Executes monthly payroll and manage all related payments amp; reports in compliance with local law and in timely manner if needed
- Responsible for HR policy and handbook development
- Work as the super admin of the system administration for the requirement and needs from global location
- Manage the reporting requirement from business
- Support the Group HR initiatives or projects in HR Operations team
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/ Finance related subjects
- 5 years of working experiences in Compensation and Benefits specialist/ HR Operations function in multinational environment
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
- Excellent oral and written English /Chinese (Cantonese) communication skills
- High proficient in in MS-Excel skills and extensive using Vlookup, Pivot table and related excel formula function
- Well-versed in sophisticated HRIS system, knowledge of BambooHR system preferred
- Mature, well-organized, and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail oriented and sensitive to number.
