What you’ll do as you move with us:

  • Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including but no limited to Recruitment, Compensation amp; Benefits, Training amp; Development or HR administrative related tasks
  • Support HR Operations tasks including but not limited to staff movement process, insurance amp; MPF enrollment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and reporting
  • Engage in end-to-end recruitment process, i.e. interview coordination, pre-boarding and on-boarding and etc.
  • Maintain staff records, personal files and leave records and assist in work visa applications
  • Key contact of the Internship Program and work closely with the universities career centres
  • Perform ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned by team

Requirements

  • Degree holder with one year of work experience, preferably major in Human Resources Management, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
  • Be punctual, detail-minded and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
  • Immediately available preferred
