We are seeking a self motivated marketing/communications person to join our team, based in Quarry Bay, to help communicate our diverse portfolio of content around events, discounts, wellbeing, etc. to our clients - being employees of companies large and small in Hong Kong.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced communicator and copywriter to help us bring the messages of happy and healthy workplaces to our clients, by articulating our services (such as event invites, special staff discounts, wellbeing news, etc.)
- You will be able to help us write impactful copy aligned with the needs of clients, in the style of internal corporate communications (in contrast to advertising copy),
- Ideally you can write in English and Cantonese
- You will help analyse our big data to help us understand the effectiveness of our services.
- You will also help coordinate all our communications platforms, from client website/app content to our social media and marketing.
You will be part of a team that is re-defining corporate wellness and employee engagement for companies in Hong Kong, helping our clients evolve their corporate culture.
What you will be working on:
- Own and write all content relating to our client programs, from event invites, the latest staff offer to wellness tips, community activities, etc., through different channels including email, promotional posters, invitations, articles, content on websites and app, etc.
- You will help articulate the client offers, events, as internal corporate communications for our clients.
- Be responsible for all TLC marketing material content, including new product and/or service launches, new client program launches, etc.
- Maintain TLC’s social media content, mainly Linkedin and Facebook, including research and source creative content as appropriate.
- Review and analyse the data from click rates, open rates etc to continue to evolve the communications to maximise impact and awareness with our clients
- Provide regular reporting both internal and external on engagement metrics
- Be part of the team for any external communication such as reward submissions, applications, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary.

Requirements
The person we are looking for will have:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in copywriting or digital marketing
- A good multi-tasker who thrives on handling multiple projects at the same time
- Understanding of data analytics and how to make continual adjustments to maximise impact
- Well organised, detailed oriented and with excellent project management amp; execution
- Creative thinking for idea generation and problem solving
- Able to deliver quality work under pressure and numerous tight deadlines
- A good team player with good communication and leadership skills
- Excellent (native) command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Putonghua command will also be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS application, Chinese word processing will be an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
